Q. How long will it take to receive my order?  We usually pack and ship your order within 24 hours, except weekends/US holidays. A. How long it takes to arrive on your door will depend on the delivery service chosen, but we have had clients in the UK who have received their orders within 7 days.

Q. Can i cancel my order. A. If we can catch your order before it has been shipped, you can cancel your order. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order!

Q. I decided i want to return my order. How can i do that. A. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. Once you receive that order you will need to email us for an RMA. (Return Merchandise Authority) Once we issue you the RMA. The package must be returned unopened in its original packaging and you are responsible to pay for the return shipping.
